I have got no primary data for this project, hence we shall be using only secondary data to give you more detail. Acme Boulevard is a residential development by Acme Group located at off Jogehwari Vikhroli Link Road, Jogeshwari East, Mumbai. The project spread over 9 acres of land. It comprises of luxurious complex with high rise towers of 20 storey and basement and podium parking. It consists of elegantly designed 2 BHK, 2.5 BHK and 3 BHK flats along with all the high-end features and amenities. It is thoughtfully planned and offers luxury lifestyle with all the comforts and conveniences.
What else have we heard
We have heard it is a fully integrated society spread across 10 acres of area. In 5 acres of area half of dozen 19 to 23 storeys stunning towers are being developed and another 5 acres of area are reserved for beautiful landscape and recreational activities.

Location
Located near MIDC, Andheri east. The location is not as appealing as we would like it to be. Social infrastructure around the project is not available. Also, there are a lot of slums all around which might not be preferable for a project which starts upwards of Rs 1 Cr.
The location has very good social infrastructure with parks, school and coffee shops nearby.
What do we like
As it is upcoming project so the per sqft rate is low compare to andheri east average rate.
What we dont like
- There are no images of floor plans available
- The layout of the building is not clear
- As I go through with different sites they all are showing different layouts of the buildings.
- On the ACME site they are not disclosing any information.
- Even many real estate sites like proptiger, 99 acres, common floor, makkan.com,
- Few online RealEstate portals are showing the layout of KANAKIA SEVEN project layout for this project which is unethical and negative marketing.
- From some online trends I also came to know that many of ACME sites were being stopped by government because of their unethical services.
Final verdict
- Can I trust the developer - MAYBE NOT
- As far as buying property is concerned I would not go for this property.
